The Sony Ericsson W880 Walkman

is a UMTS phone with the latest Walkman player 2.0 and is Sony Ericsson's slimmest phone yet at a stylish 9.4mm.
The Walkman

player 2.0 simplifies music track, playlist and genre navigation with a more intuitive UI, and includes TrackID

powered by Gracenote Mobile MusicID. TrackID records a few seconds of a track from the radio, sends the track to the Gracenote

music database for identification and returns the information to the phone. The W880 is supplied with Disc2Phone

software for easy transfer of legacy CDs.
It has the full range of mobile entertainment and business features including 2 Megapixel camera, video telephony, Memory Stick Micro

(M2

) removable storage (up to 1G available), video streaming, full HTML browser and RSS feed support.
The W880 has a 320x240 pixel, QVGA, 262K color display and supports Sony Ericsson's Java

Platform 7 (JP-7) with a range of JSRs, including Advanced Multimedia Supplements (JSR 234) for enhanced camera and image handling.

The W880 will be available during Q1 2007. The W888 is a GSM variant specifically for the Chinese market where 3G services are not established.
