The Sony Ericsson K530 has a straight form factor and is one of the most affordable UMTS phones to come to market from Sony Ericsson yet. As the 17th phone to support Sony Ericsson's Java Platform 7 (JP-7), it has the full range of mobile entertainment and business features including a 2 Megapixel camera, video telephony, Memory Stick Micro external storage, video streaming, HTML browser, RSS feed support and impressive music and video players.
 
The K530 is the first phone to be compatible with Sony Ericsson's new GPS Enabler accessory, the HGE-100, which turns the phone into a personal satellite navigation system and a personal GPS enabler to monitor fitness training.
 
The K530 will be available during Q3 2007.
