We will be participating as speakers at GDC Europe 2005 and Connected, Community-Based and 3D Mobile Games 2005, both in London, at the end of August 2005. CTIA Wireless IT & Entertainment 2005 in San Francisco follows from September 27-29, where we will be hosting a Developer Day. At The Smartphone Show in London from October 11-12, we will be holding an Application Clinic for developers and offering Tech Support Live! for any difficult programming issues.

GDC Europe 2005 London, UK, August 30, 2005
At the Game Developer Conference Europe 2005 (GDCE) during the Mobile Sessions on August 30, Mikael Nerde, Senior Manager and Head of Sony Ericsson's Developer Program, will take part in the panel discussion entitled "Mastering the mutable mobile platform".
The debate will be on the state of terminals, the network and actual game content.
This should be a lively discussion, highlighting a number of developer concerns and issues. |

Peter Ahnegard, Partner Manager at Sony Ericsson Developer World will contributing his expert opinion as part of the panel session "Evaluating the effects of 3D development costs and complexities on mobile games developers". |

The Sony Ericsson Developer World Developer Day on September 27 is focused on Java application development and how different JSRs support enterprise, productivity, infotainment and gaming applications for Sony Ericsson mobile phones.
The Developer Day will be held at the Moscone Convention Center, San Francisco, in room 3002 and the agenda will include:
- technical case studies
- presentations from developer partners
- news on mobile entertainment including Mobile TV, music and imaging
- update on the evolving gaming market and the importance of Mobile Java 3D as a key driver
- question and answer panel session
