Themes Creator 2.0 allows you to personalize the look and feel of the P990 smartphone user interface. This version of the Themes Creator tool enables you to personalize most of the long list of elements that are present in feature-rich UIQ 3 smartphones, such as scroll bars, wallpapers and regular versus dimmed text highlighting, to create unique themes to match various consumer styles.

The tool is a "composer" that enables you to create a theme based on existing components such as sound files, image files or animations. It also allows you to change display colors for menu text and clock display.
