A few members have reported problems with corrupted or empty files downloaded from our Docs & Tools section. We have identified the problem and are working on a permanent solution. Empty file... Corrupted file... Users need to be using 'HTTP 1.1 Through Proxy Connections'. For Internet Explorer (IE) users, they can make this change in their Advanced Settings for IE. To make this change, please go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced Tab. Half way down, uncheck "Use HTTP 1.1", and instead check 'HTTP 1.1 Through Proxy Connections' which is right below it. Clear your cache by going to Tools -> Internet Options -> General, look for 'Temporary Internet Files' and click Delete Files (if it appears, check off 'Delete all offline content', then click 'OK'). Then close all browser windows to restart MSIE. This workaround hence means that users will have to change their settings themselves, and we are sorry for this inconvenience, but are working on another solution. Also, in addition to this change, all users of Windows XP need to use Winzip and set it to associate with .zip files. If not, Windows XP tries to use the built-in compressed files association which does not work and shows empty .zip contents.
