LIC Premium Calculator for one million LIC Agents in India

I have designed a web Premium Calculator application in ASP.Net
with VB.Net server code and uploaded it(mm.aspx) into the web site at

http://www.krishman.com/mm.aspx

When I tried to get it in Mobile Browser simulator, I got the resuslt(of course with some
errors, which I can rectify), but When I wanted to access it in my cell phone, I am getting an
error message as:

FILE FORMAT UNKNOWN.

What could be the reason for it and how I can get it in my cell phone ?

In fact, after throrougly testing the application,I watned to send it to SonyEriccson for implementation in
their cell phones intended for India, where the potential for this application is tremendous,
since there are one million Agents of LIC of Inda, who are in dire need of a Premium Calculator
in their cell phones, this application would be a tool for agressive marking of SonyEricson Cell Phones.
